Michaels: 21st. Bad start to the season, but hey, it's only my second season.

HanleyzHD: 9th. Great start to the season. Next week at St. Petersburg will be the race of the week!

RykiaSport Has Uneventful Debut

RykiaSport was formed after Rykia, former team principal of Red Bull, resigned from the lead role on the team at the conclusion of Season 12, in order to form his own team. With him, he brought Ryan Griffin, good friend off-track, and the team's lead driver at Red Bull in Season 12. He is also known for winning the championship in Season 11. Coming into Daytona, team owner Rykia knew that anything could happen, and reminded his team of just that, also adding that it was just one race, and scoring massive wasn't needed.

The team came out unscathed, both Griffin and Hanleyz finishing in the top dozen, respectively. Rykia congratulated everyone on the team, and in a post-race interview had this to say:

"It was a great debut for our team. I told them [Griffin and Hanleyz] to stay out of trouble and bring the cars home in one piece. They did that, and now we'll build on this run and move on to St. Pete."

Great race for us! Our 20 car was up there all night, and the outside lane really worked for us. Nice job to my teammate, Shelly, and congrats to Allen. Seventh in the race and points for the 20 car.
