Kurtis, Staples, and Everett to start at the rear of the field.
ARCSOA Race Director, Tom Hailey announced that cars 14, 88, and 93 will be sent to the rear of the starting grid for the Oklahoma 175. This is due in part to their actions in the Monster Energy Grand Prix of Road Atlanta. DJ Kurtis will start 26th, due in part to him wrecking multiple cars in Road Atlanta. Eamon Staples will start 25th for dangerously hooking a lapped car into the inside wall on the fast back straight. And Danny Everett will start 24t for repeatedly ignoring blue flags. Hailey stated, "We will not tolerate these actions of incompetence lightly! We are quite concerned with the Staples/Rapps incident because that looked like a blatant and intentional wreck in a VERY dangerous area of the track. Danny Everett was consistently holding up leaders and even affected the outcome of the race by shoving the 88 off the road. Lastly, DJ Kurtis was far too aggressive early on and wrecked quite a few cars. Any further nonsense by these 3 drivers in the near future, may result in a far more serious penalty." Controversially enough, ARCSOA did not penalize James Shelly for hooking his teammate in the same section of track as Staples did. Which could draw some red flags by some around the paddock.
Note: These drivers are also on probation till the end of the season
James: "I understand my teammates frustration, but maybe it was an indirect release of my anger. If you had remember I was in a terrible mood, My backup car had been destroyed and I had crashed, plus I had been driving the 20's backup car. In any manner I deeply apologize to my teammate for that wreck and also if I have to be penalized please do, as my season could not get much more unlucky."

Ryan Haupt:I can see why you were so mad, but still try to hold in your anger. Apology accepted.

Ryan Haupt: We had a dominate car all day, we lead a lot, only to be taken out by Ian Dutta wrecking Everett. It's times like this that we have to start worrying about the points. Bad day for the 20 team. Our thoughts go out to Stacy Dutta and our teammate James Shelly, hopefully they can continue racing in ARCSOA soon.
HanleyzHD: Shelly crash was one of the horrific crash I ever seen, next to LegoKorean crash at Season 4. Oklahoma has one of the worst crash ever at the ARCSOA Elite Series. Wondering how are Shelly conditions are right now.
The 11's crew chief (Steve Latart WTF NOT) : James was recently found with minor concussion, and the doctors want to sidelinehim for the next race, and Tom Shelly will step in for one race
